The OCCA Contributor of the Year Award is designed to recognize and honor an individual who has shown exceptional commitment to cheerleading in Oregon with an emphasis on particular accomplishments for the year. Contributors can be vendors, judges, conference presenters, volunteers, anyone who has put in hours upon hours of their personal time to make sure that cheerleading in Oregon continues to strengthen and grow.
