OCCA is committed to continuing education, support, and providing resources to our cheerleading community. 

The 2024 event will invite session speakers from all over the country. Interactive sessions focused on the mental and physical aspects of high school and rec/youth cheerleading. Sessions feature leadership topics, skills training, team culture, hands-on training, and small focus groups designed to strengthen relationships among coaches. 

Oregon-specific sessions on score sheets, OSAA Spirit Safety Course, and general updates, but coaches from other states are more than welcome to attend! The larger our conference is, the more diverse our attendees will be and the more opportunities to focus on building positive connections and learning from each other.
